March 14, 2017–The FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau is seeking comment on a motion by inmate calling service (ICS) provider Securus Technology, Inc., for an extension of the deadline for filing ICS annual reports.  The current deadline for the first such report, covering 2016 data, is June 1.  Securus has asked that the first report not be due until April 1, 2018, and that it cover 2017 data.  In the alternative, Securus has asked the report covering 2016 data not be due until Sept. 1  of this year.  Comments on the motion are due March 28 in WC docket 12-375; replies are due April 4.
