The First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet) seeks comment on a draft programmatic environmental impact statement (PEIS) for the following non-contiguous areas: Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Comments are due May 3. FirstNet also announced a series of eight public meetings on the draft PEIS for those areas. FirstNet is preparing five regional PEISs.
