The First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet) board has appointed Harlin McEwen to a fourth term as chair of its Public Safety Advisory Committee (PSAC). The appointment was made in a resolution that was circulated to board members and approved yesterday.

“I am pleased that the FirstNet Chair Sue Swenson, with support from the FirstNet Board, has reappointed me as Chair of the FirstNet PSAC,” Mr. McEwen said. “I have enjoyed working with the FirstNet leadership and staff as well as the 42 members of the PSAC.  It is clear that the FirstNet team appreciates the recommendations of the PSAC and our working groups and task teams and has incorporated our recommendations into the plan for implementing the FirstNet Nationwide Public Safety Broadband Network.”
