A draft order circulated to FCC Commissioners Nov. 10 would approve the transfer of LightSquared’s licenses to a new successor entity in the wake of the approval of LightSquared’s Chapter 11 reorganization plan by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (TRDaily, March 27), an agency source told TRDaily today.
