Barry Fraser Awarded NATOA Member of the Year

Barry Fraser, who serves on the Public Safety Advisory Committee (PSAC) member to FirstNet, was named NATOA “Member of the Year” at the annual conference of the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA).
