Great discussion and identification of issues. I’d like to comment further, just have not yet been able to finish, so I will send more.  I have long been concerned that we get excited about the technologies and forget we have laws w/i we must work, it’s true that technologies are moving faster than the law, but we must still consider implications.  As a lawyer working with this effort in a non-legal role, wrk I do involves consideration of all the issues.  So glad to be a part of this group!
