Order on Payment of CALEA Relief Petition Fees Circulating

April 14, 2017–A draft order on amending Part 1 of the FCC’s rules to modernize its payment system for fees paid by carriers that petition for relief from technical requirements imposed by the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA) began circulating among the Commissioners’ offices on April 12.
