On September 10, 2015, the FCC Daily Digest, the FCC Public Notices which lists ex parte filings contained reference to a filing by AT&T.  The filing presses grant of its previously filed waiver request to implement higher cellular broadband power levels at 800 MHz in Kansas. NPSTC previously filed comments opposing the waiver and providing recommended conditions FCC should apply if it chooses to grant the waiver.
