July 1, 2016–800 megahertz rebanding has been completed in NPSPAC regions 47 (Puerto Rico) and 48 (U.S. Virgin Islands), the 800 megahertz band transition administrator (TA) told the FCC in filings yesterday in WT docket 02-55.
