June 2, 2017–The First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet) plans to deliver draft state plans to states around June 19, according to a FirstNet spokesperson and John Donovan, the chief strategy officer and group president–technology and operations for AT&T, Inc., FirstNet’s network partner. Final state plans are expected to be ready by the end of September.
